What MOVON Labs offers

MOVON Labs provides MOVON Match: a docked plugin for Premiere Pro, with DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro planned. You select clips and one reference, and MOVON's AI matches every selected clip to that reference, returning the finished match as a standard file. The match runs on MOVON's servers using your MOVON account. Of your pictures, only color data is sent, never your footage. The plugin separately reports faults and counts work, which the Privacy document describes in full.

Your licence to use MOVON

MOVON Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use MOVON Match on machines you control, for as long as these terms allow. The plugin, the companion app, the match engine, and the model behind it are MOVON Labs' property and stay that way. Your projects, your footage, and your finished matches are yours.

Beta software

MOVON Match is beta software. It is early, it will have faults, and a fault could produce a wrong match or disturb a timeline. Keep your project files backed up and check every match before you deliver, the way you would check any tool's output. During the beta MOVON Labs may change features, pause the service for maintenance, or end the beta programme with reasonable notice. Beta accounts and their data may be reset before launch, and you will be warned first.

Free through the end of 2026

MOVON is free to download, install, and use through December 31, 2026. No credit card, no trial limits, no watermarks. After that date, MOVON becomes a monthly subscription. Each plan carries an allowance of matched clips for the month: matching one clip spends one clip from it, and exporting a finished match costs nothing however many times you export. The allowance is not unlimited use, and it starts again at the beginning of each billing month rather than accumulating. Current plans and their allowances are on the pricing page. Beta accounts get founding rates. Full plan terms are published 90 days before launch.

The beta is for real editing work. MOVON Labs may limit accounts that use automation to farm matches, share credentials, or run volumes far beyond normal production use. If the beta has to end early, you get at least 30 days notice.

Beta rewards

Beta accounts can earn rewards: a discount on the first 12 paid months, bonus credits, account credit, or free years of a plan. What earns a reward, what each one is worth, and how long it lasts are set out in the Beta Rewards document, which forms part of these terms. Qualifying activity has to begin by December 31, 2026, and rewards become usable on January 1, 2027.

What users may do

Users may use MOVON for commercial and personal work: feature films, commercials, series, music videos, documentaries, live broadcasts, and anything else that involves matching cameras. Generated matches belong to the user. MOVON Labs claims no rights over the output.

What users may not do

Users may not redistribute the plugin binary, reverse-engineer the match engine, or build a competing product from MOVON's components. Accounts are personal: do not share sign-in links, passkeys, or devices to pool credits. Do not probe, overload, or interfere with MOVON's servers. Users may not use MOVON for content that violates applicable law in the user's jurisdiction.

Fault reports and usage counts

Using MOVON Match means it reports faults and counts the work it does: what went wrong, the versions involved, how many clips a run covered and how long it took. These records are tied to your account rather than anonymous, because a fault nobody can trace is a fault nobody can fix. They are used to support you and, in aggregate, to decide what to build next. They are never sold, never shared outside MOVON Labs, and never used to train the model. No footage, stills or project files are included. The Privacy document sets out exactly what is sent.

Service availability

Because MOVON Match runs on MOVON's servers, matching needs your MOVON account and an internet connection. MOVON Labs does not guarantee a specific SLA during the free period. Generated matches are plain files: once created they work indefinitely and offline, regardless of service availability.

Liability

MOVON Match is provided as is, without a promise that it fits any particular production or workflow. MOVON Labs is not liable for business losses: lost profits, lost bookings, lost contracts, or the commercial consequences of a missed deadline.

If you use MOVON as a consumer, nothing in this document takes away the remedies your own law gives you when software is faulty, and MOVON Labs does not cap its liability at zero because the beta is free. If MOVON Match damages your project or your files through a fault of its own, MOVON Labs will deal with the claim on its merits under the law that applies to you.

If you use MOVON in a business, total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid MOVON Labs in the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars.

Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow MOVON Labs to limit: fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, liability under data protection law, and any statutory right a consumer has. You stay responsible for your own creative decisions and your own backups.

Adobe and Premiere Pro

If you install MOVON Match through the Adobe Marketplace, Adobe's own terms also apply to that download. Premiere Pro is Adobe's product. MOVON Labs is not affiliated with Adobe and cannot fix Premiere itself.

Changes to these terms

MOVON Labs may update these terms for a reason it can name: a change in the law, a change in what MOVON Match actually does, a new feature that needs its own rules, a security or fraud problem, or a change of provider. Not for any other reason.

A change that affects your rights is sent to you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, so you have it in writing and not only as a message inside the plugin. Keep using MOVON after that date and the new terms apply; stop before it and the old ones governed your use. No change works backwards, and no change can take away matches you have already run, the free period through December 31, 2026, or founding rates once you hold them.

Termination

Users may stop using MOVON at any time. MOVON Labs may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. When an account closes, its data is deleted on the schedule in the Privacy document. Finished matches are files on your own machine and are unaffected. In either case, generated matches remain the user's property.

Who you are contracting with

MOVON Labs is the trading name of MOVON YAZILIM VE PRODÜKSİYON ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, a company registered in Türkiye, at Ulutek Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgesi, Bursa. Written questions and formal notices go to hello@movonlabs.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Türkiye, unless mandatory statutory rights in the user's own country provide otherwise. Turkish consumers keep every right granted to them under Turkish consumer protection law.

If part of these terms fails

If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands. MOVON Labs may transfer this agreement to a successor of the business, and your rights stay the same. You may not transfer your account to someone else.
